Cancellation and Refund Policy
How paid plans end, why there is nothing to cancel, and what to do if a payment goes wrong. Effective 1 October 2026.
The short version
Paid plans are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, and payments are not refundable at present. A plan runs for the month or year you bought and then ends by itself; nothing is ever charged again unless you buy again.
This policy applies to plans bought on codekairo.com. CodeKairo is run by Ayaan Pathan, in India.
Cancelling a plan
There is nothing to cancel. A plan does not renew automatically, so there is no recurring payment to stop: when the period you paid for ends, the account returns to the free plan with all its progress kept. If you do not want to continue, simply do not buy again.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable at present — including for time left unused on a plan, and when you upgrade to a higher plan before the current one ends (the upgrade replaces the running plan straight away, as the terms explain).
The free plan is free forever, with no card and no trial period, so you can try the product fully before you pay for anything.
If a payment goes wrong
- Money taken, payment failed. If your bank shows a debit but the payment failed on our side, Cashfree and your bank normally reverse it automatically. If it has not been reversed after a few working days, write to us with the order reference.
- Paid, but no plan. If you paid and your plan does not show on the pricing page, write to support@codekairo.com with the order reference and the email on your account, and we will look into it.
- Charged twice. If the same plan was charged more than once, write to support@codekairo.com with both order references and we will look into it.
When this policy changes
If refunds become available, this page will say how, and the date at the top will move. A change applies to purchases made after it; it never makes a purchase you already made worse.
